After concluding my professional triathlon career following the Olympic Trials in 2007, I created Coached with a vision to build a supportive community where athletes of all levels could thrive together.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to learn from world-class coaches and train alongside Olympic-level athletes. Now, I'm passionate about creating a community where everyday athletes access elite-level training while supporting each other through every challenge and victory.
